Charles J. Devens
Managing Partner
Chuck Devens has over 30 years of legal experience and concentrates his practice in the areas of workers' compensation and personal injury. He has represented injured workers and victims of negligence across the State of Illinois, but focuses his practice in Champaign, Vermilion and Iroquois Counties. Chuck Devens has worked closely with local unions and community colleges in conducting seminars for displaced workers across East Central Illinois. He has been recognized as a leading lawyer in the area of workers' compensation and is recommended and earned the distinction of being named a leading Lawyer by being among those who were most often recommended by their peers in statewide surveys. Chuck Devens has lectured on trial preparation and has taught numerous classes on various aspects of the law.
